  • 4 loin chops
  • 2 lamb’s kidneys
  • 4 rashers of bacon
  • 3

Method

Skin and halve the kidneys, and take out the cores. Take the bones out of the chops and curl each one round half a kidney. Wrap a piece of bacon round the chop and fix in place with a skewer. Fry very gently until cooked through in the dripping.
