  • 1Β½ lb. leg or shoulder of lamb

Method

Cut the meat into cubes. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade. Put in the meat and leave for at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

Wipe the mushrooms and remove the stalks. Cut each bacon rasher into halves. Add, with the pineapple, to the marinade for 5 minutes. Alternate the ingredients on the skewers having a cube of meat at each end and folding the pieces of bacon. Cook under
