Split heads of chicory in half, lengthwise. Cut oranges into thin slices after peeling and removing all the white pith. Arrange chicory and oranges round the edge of a flat plate and add walnut halves. Place slices of bacon in the centre and arrange cherries round the slices. Mix the fruit juices, honey and oil together and sprinkle over the salad.
