Fry onion in oil until tender. Add meat and cooked rice and stir until throughly mixed. Add soy sauce, curry powder, salt and pepper, stir until hot. Make a hollow in centre of rice and break eggs into it. Stir until partly scrambled, then mix with the rice, stirring until blended.
Place rice mixture onto a serving-dish and surround with sliced tomatoes.
