  • 8 oz. long-grain rice
  • 1 pint water
  • 1 teaspoon

Method

Put rice, water, salt into saucepan. Bring to boil, stir once. Cover tightly and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir peas, celery and onion into rice with shrimps, crabmeat, mayonnaise, tomato juice and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and transfer to large buttered casserole.
