  • 1 lb. beef steak, cubed
  • 2 oz. butter or 2 tablespoons</

Method

Brown meat in butter. Add onion and curry powder, then raisins, half the apple and pineapple, seasoning and stock. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Add remaining fruit and simmer for 15 minutes longer. Serve over hot fluffy rice.
