Heat the oil in a frying-pan, and fry chicken joints quickly to brown, add the onions. Remove chicken to casserole dish. Add green pepper and bacon to frying-pan, and fry for a few minutes. Transfer to casserole. Stir in the flour to the remaining oil in pan, cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly. Gradually stir in the stock, bring to the boil, stirring. Add Tabasco sauce and seasoning. P
