Put rice, water and salt into saucepan. Bring to boil, stir once. Cover tightly and simmer for 15 minutes.
Cook celery and onion in butter until tender. Add shrimps, cucumber, salt, pepper, soy sauce and lemon juice. Continue cooking for a few minutes until the mixture is heated.
Serve on a bed of rice.
Fresh shrimps or prawns may be used if desired. Quantity needed will
