Ingredients

  • 2 almond macaroons
  • ½ can mandarin oranges
  • 1 egg-white

Method

Break up macaroons and put into four sundae glasses. Top with equal amounts of mandarin oranges and syrup from the can. Beat egg-white to a stiff snow. Add sugar and continue beating until mixture is shiny and stands in high firm peaks. Whip cream and milk together until thick. Stir in orange juice and rose-hip syrup. Fold cream mixture into beaten egg-white. Pile into glasses over macaroons an
