Pineapple Chocolate Ring

• 1 pineapple jelly
• ½ pint hot water
• 3 tablespoons sugar</

Make the jelly using the hot water. Blend the cocoa and sugar with a little of the milk. Heat the remaining milk. Add to the blended mixture. Return to the saucepan and boil for one minute. When both mixtures are cool whisk together. Pour into a mould and stand in a cold place to set. Turn on to a serving-dish, fill the centre with fresh whipped cream and decorate with pineapple, cherry and ang
