Cut half of one of the oranges into slices and set aside for decoration. Squeeze the juice from the remaining 1½ oranges. Pour the milk into a basin. Add the orange juice, liqueur and half the ice-cream cut into cubes. Whisk the mixture until well blended and frothy. Pour into glasses, top with small piece of ice-cream and decorate each glass with a slice of orange. Serve at once.
