Method

Heat the butter in a pan and fry the onion and mushrooms gently until lightly browned. Stir in the flour and cook for a few minutes without browning. Remove pan from the heat and gradually add the milk. Return to the heat and bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Add chicken and ham, lemon juice and seasoning to taste. Place mixture in prepared dish. Make up the instant potato as directed o
