  • 1 small French loaf
  • 2 oz. butter
  • 4 oz. Lancashi

Method

Slit the loaf lengthwise down the middle. Spread generously with butter. Crumble the Lancashire cheese into a bowl, chop up six rings of pineapple and add. Bind together with cream and stuff the loaf. Cut remaining rings in half and decorate loaf with pineapple and cherries. Serve on an oval platter.
