Method

Cut a circle around the top of each tomato, lift off ‘lid’ and carefully scoop out pulp. Turn empty cases upside down to drain. Mix tomato pulp, cheese, mayonnaise, and salt and pepper together. Stuff tomatoes. Put lids back on. Garnish with paprika pepper and cress.
