Cheesed Party Eggs

• 4 hard-boiled eggs
• 2 oz. Derby cheese, grated
• 3 tablespoons

When the eggs are quite cold, shell and halve them. Turn the egg yolks into a bowl and mash with the cheese, mayonnaise and seasoning. Spoon back into the egg-whites and sprinkle with extra paprika pepper. Serve eggs on buttered rounds of French bread, with a halved tomato.
