  • 8 oz. plain flour

Method

Make pastry and use to line swiss roll tin 7 in. by 11 in. by 1 in. Bake ‘blind’ in hot oven, 425°F. (Gas Mark 7) for 15 minutes. Mix together sieved cottage cheese, ground almonds, eggs, yolks and sugar, grated lemon zest, soured cream, sultanas and cho
