Prawn and Cheese Savoury

• 6 oz. shortcrust pastry
• ¼ pint milk
• 2 eggs

Line an 8-in. flan-ring with the pastry. Beat the milk, eggs cheese, salt and pepper together in a bowl. Add the prawns, reserving one or two for decoration. Pour the mixture into the flan-case. Bake in the centre of a moderately hot oven, 400°F. (Gas Mark 6) for 30-35
