  • 4 oz. Wensleydale cheese (crumbled)
  • About 4 tablespoons warm real dairy cream

Method

Break up the cheese with a fork and work in the warm dairy cream to a fairly smooth consistency. Add the walnuts, watercress and seasoning. Serve in an attractive bowl and hand freshly crisped potato crisps with the dip.
