Method

Prepare the Chocolate Mousse and Ginger Syllabub mixtures according to the recipes, but do not dish them up. In the bottom of four tall glasses place a layer of ginger syllabub. Spoon a layer of chocolate mousse on top. Continue the layers like this until all the mixtures are used, finishing with a layer of chocolat
