This is highly untraditional, but delicious especially with Boxing Day's fried Christmas pudding. It also makes a good dinner-party sweet on its own, served in individual cups or dishes.

Ingredients

  • 150 ml/¼ pint passionfruit pulp
  • 1 tablespoon sherry</

Method

Mix the fruit with the sherry and sugar to taste and stir into the cream.
