- In a wide skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and add the cheese and dill. Sauté for 3 to 5 minutes until the cheese is lightly golden.
- Break the eggs into a mixing bowl, add the garlic, salt (omit if using haloumi), pepper, turmeric, and cumin, and beat lightly with a fork.
- Add the egg mixture to the skillet. Give it a stir with a wooden spoon to
