Ingredients: 2 cups/170 g roughly chopped fresh cilantro; 1 cup/240 ml fresh sour orange/narenj or verjuice, or pomegranate juice, or ¼ cup/60 ml fresh lime juice; 1 cup/80 g roughly chopped fresh mint, or ⅓ cup/30g dried; 1 cup/85 g roughly chopped fresh chives or spring onions; 1 cup/85 g roughly chopped fresh basil; ¼ cup/20 g chopped fresh khalvash or 1 teaspoon dried (optional); 1½ teaspoons fine sea salt; 2 cloves garlic, peeled; ¼ cup/60 ml oil; ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper; 1 teaspoon turmeric; ½ teaspoon fine sea salt; 2 tablespoons rice flour dissolved in 1½ cups/360 ml water; 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon; ¼ cup/60 ml oil or butter; 8 cloves garlic, peeled and grated; 4 cups/340 g roughly chopped fresh spinach, or 1½ cups/10 oz/285 g frozen spinach; 1 cup/85 g roughly chopped fresh parsley; 6 eggs
