Method

  1. Pick the individual grapes from their stems. Rinse thoroughly. Juice the grapes in a juicer, then pass through a sieve and squeeze out all the juice. Discard the seeds and pulp.
  2. Pour half of the juice into a large enameled cast-iron pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and simmer, uncovered for 30 minutes. Add the rest of the juice and
