This is a popular Tabriz street food.
Place each sheet of lavash bread on the kitchen counter or on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Spread with butter and arrange a layer of sliced potatoes on top. Spread the dalar over the potatoes, followed by a layer of sliced egg, tomato, and season with salt and pepper. Garnish according to your fancy with any of the ingredients for the garnish and roll into a sandwich. Nush-e joon!
