  • 1 medium onion, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat, and sauté the onions and garlic for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Add the carrots, salt, pepper, turmeric, cumin and cardamom, and sauté for 1 minute.
  2. Add the mung beans and 4 cups/
