Dough

  • 1 envelope or teaspoons dry active yeast
  • 2 cups/480

Method

  1. For the dough: Dissolve the yeast in the warm water, mix, cover and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
  2. In the bowl an electric mixer, combine the yeast mixture and the oil and mix for 1 minute.
  3. Gradually add the flour mixture with the machine at low speed, until all the flour has been absorbed. Increase speed to high and continue to mix for 5 minute
