1 envelope or 2¼ teaspoons dry active yeast
- For the dough: Dissolve the yeast in the warm water, mix, cover and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
- In the bowl an electric mixer, combine the yeast mixture and the oil and mix for 1 minute.
- Gradually add the flour mixture with the machine at low speed, until all the flour has been absorbed. Increase speed to high and continue to mix for 5 minute
