This is a delicious gingerbread with just the right amount of sweetness. Perfect with butter, jam, and a glass of hot tea, it was one of our favorite after-school snacks. I prefer the crackers crunchy, when baked slightly more, but they can be comfortingly soft and chewy if baked slightly less. These gingerbread crackers are also popular in Saveh and Shiraz.
