  1. To prepare the mold: Spray the inside of an 8in x 4in/20cm x 10cm, x 4in/10cm-deep silicone mold with oil evenly all over.
  2. For the nuts: In a wide skillet over low heat, toast the nuts, stirring frequently, and shaking the skillet back and forth, until fragrant (about 20 minutes). Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  3. For the sesame: In
