Like fiskefrikadeller (fish balls), warm smoked salmon is found on every fish counter near most harbours across Denmark. It is so easy to take home and heat, the fat melting into the flesh, traditionally eaten with freshly baked and buttered rye bread. Sadly, those Danish fish counters are not found all over the world, so this is one way to make warm smoked salmon at home. The flavour is delicately smokey, creamy and so good!
