Granny’s Kale and Bacon Soup

Doesn’t it always seem like whatever Granny does, she does it better than anyone else? I know many of you will smile and agree – such precious family memories and delicious flavours to cherish forever. That’s how I still feel about many of the dishes we adore to eat today, and although Granny has stopped cooking, she is still on the other end of the phone line to give love, advice and tips.
