A long time ago, my flight from Denmark to London was delayed. I had just finished three days of intensive filming and was tired, longing to go home to my kids, and starving! My eyes fell upon a very crunchy looking dark brown baguette filled with meat that looked like shredded duck – another favourite of mine. I ordered the sandwich and learned it was pulled pork. The following day I went straight to the butcher, purchased a pork shoulder and started experimenting. The result is delicious,
