Salmon Caesar Salad

Caesar salad will always be on my top ten all-time favourite salads list – and when made with a piece of salmon on top, it’s just beyond delicious. This salad is great for lunch or dinner, perfect for a yummy picnic somewhere glorious, and both children and adults alike adore it.

I love this for lunch when I’m in the sun, and also often make it when I’m having dinner alone because it is so easy to make. Sometimes I use fresh lemon juice, olive oil and pink salt instead of the Caesar
