My father had a fantastic cook called Finn for many years, an utterly brilliant chef in so many ways. My father was an amazing cook himself, but who doesn’t like a break now and again? Probably everyone but me! I have been known to go into restaurant kitchens when abroad and start helping, or just to learn about another country’s kitchen. It’s bizarre, but cooking is so deep in my bones I just can’t help myself, I miss it too much, it’s my oxygen.
