Vanilla and Oat Cookies

I loved going to kindergarten in Denmark. One of my favourite things to do, when the day was over, was going to visit my oldest friend Sofie, who I met at the doctor’s when I was one-and-a-half, because we were both having our jabs. Her mother started talking to my mother because I screamed so loudly! We have been friends ever since.
