  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 litre ( pints/4 cups)

Method

Using a vegetable peeler, take approximately 20 long slices from the length of the cucumber, using all the skin and the first few outer layers (not the seeded centre).

Put the water, cucumber and ice into a jug and drink straight away, or keep in the fridge until you are ready to serve.
