Shrimp, like chicken, are good adapters. I particularly like the combination of fresh, slightly acid Greek feta cheese with herb-flavored shrimp. This Mediterranean dish is best prepared with fresh dill and tomatoes, but is excellent in any version.
Heat the oil in a large saucepan and add the onion. Cook, stirring, over medium heat until the onion starts to brown. Add the garlic, parsley, and dill, then stir in the mustard and sugar. Do not add salt, as the feta is very salty.
