Italian-Style Grilled Cheese

What’s more nostalgic than a classic grilled cheese sandwich? I often crave them but I also like to have a little fun with them by changing up the cheeses and flavors. In this version, provolone and mozzarella melt into this deliciously-cheesy, pesto-infused, served-on-garlic-bread grilled cheese! Is it a bit over the top? Sure. Is it worth it? You betcha!
