When I wrote the outline for this cookbook, I had this shrimp lo mein on the list. The looks I got would make you think I was crazy but I knew I could make it work, the method just needed a little reworking to accommodate the air fryer. Sure enough, I was right, and here it is folks, shrimp lo mein!
