A trio of spices often found in the cuisine of Egypt—cumin, coriander, and chile flakes—flavors this easy-to-prepare soup. Keep lentils on hand in the pantry and you can make this healthy and satisfying soup any day of the week. Serve with a salad and crusty bread for a complete vegetarian meal.
