Name: Louis Dressing
Yield: About 1¾ cups.
Ingredients: ¼ cup chili sauce; ¼ cup heavy cream; 1 cup mayonnaise; Lemon juice to taste; ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce; Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste; 2 tablespoons finely chopped stuffed green olives; 3 tablespoons finely chopped chives or scallions (green onions; use the green part and all); 3 tablespoons finely minced green pepper
