Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup chili sauce
  • 3 tablespoons finely minced green pepper
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped chives or scallions (green onions; use the green part and all)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped stuffed green olives
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Lemon juice to taste

Method

Combine all ingredients and chill. Serve with cold seafood, particularly crab.
