  • 10.6 oz (300 g) milk chocolate
  • Piece of marble or Corian cutting board

Method

Chocolate Wave

Place your marble or Corian board in the freezer for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Melt the milk chocolate, then quickly spread some out in a thin layer on the cold board. Cut three long rectangles of chocolate, each measuring 1½ x 8½ inches<
