Ingredients: 4 cups (865 g / 30.5 oz) caster sugar or superfine sugar; 4 cups (930 g / 32.8 oz) brown sugar, firmly packed; 2 tablespoons vanilla; 8 eggs (400 g / 14 oz); 12 cups (1920 g / 68 oz) plain or all-purpose flour; 4 cups (880 g / 31 oz) margarine or butter; 25 oz (700 g) compound milk chocolate; 2½ gallons (9.5 litres) vanilla ice cream; 4 teaspoons baking powder
