I can still remember the gasps of excitement from children and parents alike when I brought this Giant Ice Cream Sandwich to the table for my son’s seventh birthday party. Cake can be hit-or-miss with little party guests, but ice cream is always a winner!

25 oz (700 g) compound milk chocolate

Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 60 seconds on high, then stir, microwave 30 seconds and stir again, then repeat in bursts of 30 seconds, stirring after each until melted. Pour into the mold and set in the fridge. If you are using a funnel as a mold, you can seal the funnel tube with compacted aluminum foil, then place it into a cup t
