Pretty primroses top moist carrot cupcakes and delicious cream cheese frosting. We have made the flowers with ready-to-roll fondant icing and found some clever cutters that make a primrose petal shape, but it is possible to shape very sweet flowers without cutters. Cutters for rose leaves produce leaves that look quite like primrose leaves, especially if you stretch them a little. If you are short of time, it is easy to find ready-made edible flowers of all kinds, or top the cakes wi
