About

A forest of little green buttercream Christmas trees tops these white chocolate chip cupcakes. If you prefer a snow-covered forest, leave the buttercream uncoloured. We have used sugar pearls to decorate the trees but you could try any miniature sugar shapes.

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas 4. Line a muffin tin (pan) with cupcake cases.
Cream the butter for a few minutes until soft and pale. Add the sugar, and continue to beat until the mixture is pale and fluffy. Add the vanilla extract to the lightly
