Teddy Bears’ Picnic Cupcakes

Bears love honey and so we made honey cupcakes for a teddy bears’ picnic. Use a strong honey, if possible, to get the best flavour. Picnic rugs for the bears are woven with roll-out icing and then cut into circles to make little individual mats for the teddy bears. Just a small amount of honey in the icing gives a distinct honey taste, but if you prefer, flavour the icing by using lemon juice instead of milk.
