Some children just love moving vehicles of all kinds. We have made cars and trucks, but you can experiment with diggers, ambulances, fire vehicles — whatever your child loves most. For a birthday pipe your child’s age on the top of each vehicle in a contrasting colour.

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas 4. Line a muffin tin (pan) with cupcake cases.
Cream the butter for a few minutes until soft and pale. Add the sugar and continue to beat until the mixture is pale and fluffy. Gradually add the lightly beaten eggs to
