The Queen of Hearts from Alice in Wonderland would be delighted to have these heart-shaped Victoria sponges at her croquet party. It is possible to get mats or textured rolling pins to produce a textured finish to the ready-to-roll fondant icing, but we have found lots of things around the house that can be used to produce a pretty texture.
