Delicate pale pink glacé icing and ballet shoes make perfect cupcakes for a little girl. Rose water, usually found on the shelf with other baking ingredients, gives a wonderful flavour to the cakes and icing, but vanilla or lemon can be used if you prefer. Little sugar flowers are a pretty finishing touch.
