Have fun dressing up these simple but delicious cake pops. Ribbons or lacy collars made with paper doilies look pretty, and cellophane bags tied with ribbons make the pops easier to transport. The raspberry flavour comes from raspberry buttercream and a sprinkling of pieces of dried raspberry on each pop, but if you can’t find dried raspberry they will taste great just sprinkled with coloured sugar crystals.
