Nimboo pani

The name of this drink can refer both to lemonade or limeade, depending on where you are in India and which fruit you prefer. My personal preference is for limes, but both are very refreshing. This was the staple drink when the memsahibs played tennis, gardened too hard, walked too far, or on any other occasion where one worked up a thirst.
